I can’t praise the staff at SPCC enough. I’m a wheelchair patient and everyone makes special accommodations for me so I can be seen at this location. Everyone lends me a helping hand. The physician are attentive and all my concerns are addressed every time. The office itself is very clean. I have to mention the young lady Ameshia. She’s gone above and beyond for me from having to deal with other providers whom aren’t to cooperative to helping make sure I have transportation. Her willingness to help me get resources outside the office is so appreciated. Her ability to connect with the patients is next level. I’d recommend this office to anyone who's looking for an office who has compassion, kindness, integrity and treats you with respect Thank you to everyone for absolutely everything you’ve done for me. ~ Josephine L

The Nurse Practitioner Latrina Martin literally saved my life. She is the most caring, knowledgeable and heart warming provider I have ever had. She listens and doesn’t just make decisions from staring at a file or test results. She asks you how YOU feel. She listens and helps you take an active part in your own care. Thanks to Ms Martin, I have a surgery coming up that will make me about 90% pain free. I will forever be grateful to her and can never repay what she has done for me. Thank you Latrina. The ladies up front are always considerate and professional. There have been many times I needed some questions answered and Lori has always responded with the right answers and she always called back quickly. That is soooooo appreciated. There are not enough words to express how I feel about Ms. Latrina. She is extremely caring and concerned and gives many ideas on how to manage pain besides medication. My husband has been going here for a long time and they are the sweetest people . We never have to wait long and their always in a good mood .My husband never went to doctors without me . And know he does it with no problem . If you knew my husband and sure many other women out there have the same kind of husbands . Latrina Martin is an outstanding NP. She is always very personable and is willing to spend the time necessary to properly diagnose & treat your pain. She always has a very sunny & happy disposition. This clinic is responsive to my needs anytime I have an issue. They are great about returning calls and making sure that you are well taken care of. I highly recommend Spine and Pain Clinic of Texas in Tyler to anyone who is dealing with chronic pain. They are just an overall quality medical care giver. ~ Telly R

Appreciation ,kindness, professionalism, etc. is some of the characteristics I have seen in Dr. Martin. I'm sure the awareness is already present in your knowledge of the kind of leadership role she has as an employee of the clinic. However there are times when they seem to get shuffled and sadly misplaced and i obviously didn't want it to be this time. Crystal and Amber are amazing and they were very helpful in my quest for pain management. They helped me get my records and have been nothing but kind and compassionate. My nurse practitioner Latina Martin gave me nothing but kindness even tho I was in a very bad spot mentally and physically so overall I wasn't the nicest person.
