The Nurse Practitioner Latrina Martin literally saved my life. She is the most caring, knowledgeable and heart warming provider I have ever had. She listens and doesn’t just make decisions from staring at a file or test results. She asks you how YOU feel. She listens and helps you take an active part in your own care. I can’t praise the staff at SPCC enough. I’m a wheelchair patient and everyone makes special accommodations for me so I can be seen at this location. Everyone lends me a helping hand. The physician are attentive and all my concerns are addressed every time. The office itself is very clean. I have to mention the young lady Ameshia. She’s gone above and beyond for me from having to deal with other providers whom aren’t to cooperative to helping make sure I have transportation. Her willingness to help me get resources outside the office is so appreciated. Her ability to connect with the patients is next level. I’d recommend this office to anyone who's looking for an office who has compassion, kindness, integrity and treats you with respect Thank you to everyone for absolutely everything you’ve done for me. ~ Josephine L
The ladies up front are always considerate and professional. There have been many times I needed some questions answered and Lori has always responded with the right answers and she always called back quickly. That is soooooo appreciated. There are not enough words to express how I feel about Ms. Latrina. She is extremely caring and concerned and gives many ideas on how to manage pain besides medication.
